The most common causes and the solutions are listed below:
Problem: The URL in the email may be malformed due to the mail client wrapping it onto more than one line.
Solution A: Try copying and pasting the entire URL into your browser. If the URL is wrapping onto more than one line, than paste it into a text editor first (such as notepad or simpletext), remove the linebreak, then paste it into your browser.
Solution B: Visit your profile and resend the validation email.
Solution C: Use the alternate validation instructions present at the bottom of the email.
Problem: You have already validated this address.
Solution A: Verify that the address is already validated. Check your profile and if the address has not been validated, refer to the solutions for Problem 1.
